I PORCELANOSA Mixed Padel Tournament

The first Porcelanosa mixed padel tournament was held last weekend at Alfafar.

The Porcelanosa Trophy was a success in terms of participation, as we had 41 couples divided into two categories. And if you count the couples with many regular players of the national circuits of the first level. And also, Leo Segarra the Valencian singer, or former professional tennis player, amateur padel.

As for the sports we have lived a few days of padel-champagne, as well as repeating the speaker during the tournament, all in a fantastic and phenomenal padel atmosphere.

That’s the thing about mixed padel, you see couples formed by married couples, brothers, boyfriends, friends, parents with children, teachers with students, and all together the is the result of a good time of padel. Porcelanosa bet directly on this initiative, with a mixed tournament formula, because we are tired of always seeing the same tournaments. And it was not mistaken, the two days gave good results. The first category was won by the favorites, Oscar Martin – Sonsoles Hurtado in a controversial final with Zamorano player Mario Doncel, who formed a couple with Raquel, a member of the female team of Alfafar. The consolation match was won by the couple from Almansa, Tony and Elena. In the second category, we saw Tomas Ferrer and Mariela, who were defeated by Leo Segarra in the semifinals, win. The runners-up deservedly were Ana Llorca and Javier.

The 2^nd category consolation match was the most evenly matched, with Javier and Monica winning.

The I PORCELANOSA Padel Mixed Tournament was a success, and this initiative will certainly be repeated in the near future.
