Padel Court Cáceres Manza

Description

In Cáceres, Manzasport carried out work that met our client’s expectations, as once the first phase consisting of the installation of 4 padel courts in a newly created club was completed, a year later we expanded the club by installing 3 more padel courts, one for singles play.
In the first phase we manufactured and installed 4 padel courts, 3 of which were of the Pro Model, and the fourth was a Panorámica Pro court to function as the club’s centre court, as it gives a better view of the game, with the added bonus of play being visible from the bar-café.

The 3 Pro Model courts have a black structure and terracotta-coloured monofilament grass. White rounded silica sand 0.2-0.8 mm thick was used to infill the grass. It’s useful at this point to remember that there are tinted sands for grass, including blue, red, pink and black. Metal halide was chosen for the lighting, with 4 spotlights fitted on each court. The glass used for these padel courts was 10mm thick tempered glass.

The panoramic padel court we installed for the padel club was the black structure and the fuchsia pink monofilament grass, to differentiate this court from the others, as it serves as the club’s centre padel court. White rounded silica sand 0.2-0.8 mm thick was used to infill the grass. Metal halide was chosen for the lighting, with 4 spotlights fitted on each court. The glass used for these padel courts was 12mm thick tempered glass.

After the first phase was completed in 2013, we carried out the club expansion works in 2014.
In the second phase, the club was expanded with the installation of 3 more padel courts. 2 Pro Model padel courts and a singles padel court were installed.
The 2 Pro Model padel courts were chosen with a black structure like the others, but in this case the grass was fibrillated green. Rounded white silica sand 0.2-0.8 mm thick was used to infill the grass. For the lighting, metal halide was chosen, with 4 spotlights fitted on each court. The glass used for these padel courts was 10mm thick tempered glass.

For the singles padel court, a black structure and fibrillated green grass were chosen. White rounded silica sand 0.2-0.8 mm thick was used to infill the grass. Metal halide was chosen for the lighting, with 4 spotlights fitted on each court. The glass used for these padel courts was 10mm thick tempered glass.
