Padel in Athens (Greece)

We are happy to inform you that if you are on vacations, traveling, studying, working, or decided to go to Athens for a season, you can play padel there as well.

Manza Sport & Metal Padel built and installed the first three padel courts in Greece.

You can find them in the Glyfada area, on the famous Papandreu Avenue, crossing with Lycourgou.

The patron of the Greek padel is Jorgio Lostaros, who speaks perfect Spanish and during his years in Spain met and fell in love with the padel, after that he had questions and contacted Manza Sport to discuss and develop his project. Which was supported and implemented in the best possible way.

There was a lot of paperwork, licenses, permits, etc. that were solved in the best way possible and after months of work, Mr. Lostaros’ dream came true. Since July 2013 we can play padel in Athens (Greece).

It has 3 paddle courts Model Manza Pro, with fibrillated grass and tempered glass 10mm, with professional door to leave X3 in all actions. In the club we can also taste the famous Athenian frape or be able to acquire a padel racket either to rent or to buy it in its store service.

In an effort to make padel develop in Greece, they organize championships and padel days every week and we know that this is successful and very soon there will be more padel courts in Greece.

Manza Sport is very grateful to Mr. Lostaros for his trust and for the opportunity to contribute to this sport, that we love, and we are sure that it will expand worldwide and one day it will become an Olympic sport.

A world circuit like in tennis??? What seems like a dream will one day become a reality… Viva el padel!!
