In March 2014, coinciding with the Miami Tennis Masters Series and with the collaboration of PadelHub, Manzasport set up a padel court as part of the tennis tournament.
For the assembly in an event of this magnitude we opted for the Pro Model padel court, and the structure of the padel court was chosen in grey by the collaborators. The grass used for the padel court installation was fibrillated in blue and the tempered glass 10 millimetres thick. No lighting was required for this event.
The padel court was installed inside the Crandon Park venue and next to the Village area.
This is the second time we’ve worked in a Masters Series, as in Rome we were the first to install a paddle court as part of the tennis tournament.
Tennis tournament attendees were curious to get to know the sport. It also served for many padel fans to be able to enjoy the sport in an amazing setting.
The USA is seeing an increasing number of fans of this sport and we hope that it will become more widely known. Thanks to these initiatives we can get padel out to a greater number of people.
Our padel court installed at Crandon Park in Miami was visited by a multitude of professional tennis players who took advantage of their free time to play one of their favourite sports, padel.
