• Tell us briefly about your professional career. U21 World Champion in 1998, in Buenos Aires. Best ranking 28 of the World. Still active, Champion of the 1st Senegal Open.
• What is padel for you? My life, my passion, and my job.
• How did you start in this sport? I played table tennis and squash, and padel piqued my curiosity.
• What was your first game? With my family in Mar de Plata.
• What are your expectations for next year? To play all the veteran competitions in Andalusia, and to play 3 rounds of the International Experience (Madison) and 3 FIP 100.
• How are you preparing? I have a weekly training session with my partner.
• What position do you feel most comfortable in? Drive. I’m left-handed.
• Who is your partner? Eduardo Espona. And how did you decide to play together? We started playing in Jaena in 2003.
• Tell us who is your reference player in the world of padel. Cristian Gutierrez and Juan Martin Diaz. Because both are the most spectacular in their game, and Juan Martin Diaz because he is left-handed and Cristian because he uses his wrist, just like me.
