• What is padel for you? A passion, a hobby and a job.
• How did you get started in this sport? After playing tennis, the natural step was to move on to padel, and that’s how I started to fall in love with the sport in 2009.
• What was your first match? In a team match in Valencia between Tu tempo 2a2 and the Rafelbunyol Padel Club, which I was a member of.
• Which position do you feel more comfortable in? Backhand.
• Who is your partner? David Rodriguez.
• From the world of paddle, who is your reference player. Willy Lahoz “The Magician“.
• Why Willy Lahoz? Because of his fantasy padel, playing equally good on both sides.
• What match would you like to play, where and against which players? A tennis match at Wimbledon with Roger Federer.
• Do you have any curious stories since you started playing padel? My first match lasted 20 minutes, I won 6-0/6-0. But nothing happens because a year later I took revenge and returned the result.
• Are you superstitious on the court? No.
• What racket did you choose for playing and teaching your students? One from Cartri, Shields T90.
• What sports equipment do you use? Cartri and K-swiss footwear.
