Last December, coinciding with the Estrella Damm Master Final, a technical conference was held by CEIP and AFYDAD to promote padel in Japan. And we were there participating to make padel a world sport.
Members of the Japanese delegation arrived in Spain on Thursday, December 15, and in addition to sharing knowledge with AFYDAD and CEIP, they watched live matches of the World Padel Tour Final Master until Sunday, December 18.
CEIP continues to work to export to other countries the success model experienced by padel in Spain, with the firm objective that this sport crosses borders definitively and becomes a worldwide reference. And within this internationalization strategy, the Spanish Padel Industry Commission will receive this week a delegation of Japanese companies in the sector.
In this sense, following the interest shown in padel in Japan and the recent creation of an association in the country, the Japan Padel Association, CEIP and AFYDAD, with the support of ICEX, have decided to organize technical conference to raise awareness of the sport in Japan.
The objective of this meeting is to ensure that the participating Japanese companies get a complete understanding of the sport, both in terms of product innovations and everything related to the manufacture and installation of padel courts, management of clubs, training of instructors, players and organization of tournaments, among many other aspects.
In addition to transferring all this knowledge, CEIP and AFYDAD will show Japanese businessmen the virtues of the professional sport through World Padel Tour Final Master, an event that closes the course and is an excellent meeting point for the padel industry.
